The Cape Dutch building style is native to South Africa. Ornate gables and elegant curves gives this custom home an unique one-of-a-kind presence in Valley Center, California (50 miles north-east of San Diego). We started this project in 2000, and loved every minute of it! From conception to completion, we worked with designers, architects, engineers and visionaries to build our dream home. We wanted to stand out from the crowd and be on the cutting edge of innovation. Creating a home (with the option to expand) on a property that produces income…and allowing us to have an exceptionally high quality of life.
